Welcome one and all, young and old, grab a ribbon and take your place for the dance. The musicians are just warming up so listen closely and I’ll tell you how to proceed….

Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before – everyone has to start somewhere. Follow the instructions as best you can – they’ll be called out as the dance progresses so you’ll always know where you’re supposed to be. If you drop the ribbon or go the wrong way, just laugh and smile and keep on going because it’s guaranteed you won’t be the only one. Above all remember, it’s meant to be fun, so enjoy yourself!
